We stand behind the quality of our products. Most items come with a manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

How to Claim

Contact our customer service with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess and arrange repair or replacement.

Exclusions

Consumable parts — e.g., filters, batteries, bulbs.
Improper installation — damage caused by incorrect installation or unauthorised repairs.
